Kowl is the small flying creature who serves as comic-relief sidekick to the Great Rebellion in She-Ra: Princess of Power. Structurally the She-Ra equivalent of Orko on the He-Man side, Kowl provides exposition and brings news to Adora. The 1985 Mattel figure was sold as a small accessory rather than a standalone action figure.
