What this site is

heman.org is a fan project. It is not a business, not an official property, and not affiliated with the rights holder. We cover the 1983 Filmation animated series, the 2002 Mike Young Productions reboot, the 2021 Kevin Smith Netflix series, the comics catalogue from Marvel and DC through to the current Dark Horse run, the modern collector toy lines (Mattel Masterverse and Origins, Super7 Ultimates, Mondo 1:6, Funko, and the rest), and the animation art market.

We are not He-Man.org

To be clear up front: this site is not He-Man.org. Since 1997, He-Man.org has been the premier He-Man and Masters of the Universe fan site on the web, with an unmatched archive, a long-running forum, and decades of community history behind it. We have nothing but respect for what they have built, and if you are looking for the original, please pay them a visit.

Our domain is heman.org (no hyphen). The naming collision is unfortunate. We are a separate, smaller project doing our own thing, and we want to make sure nobody confuses the two.

How it is run

This is a hobby project. There are no paywalls. Affiliate commissions on toy and comic links offset hosting plus the occasional contributor stipend. Editorial decisions sit with the maintainers, and affiliate sources have no influence on coverage.
