Moss Man is the Heroic Warriors’ plant-elemental hero. The 1985 Mattel figure was a flocked repaint of the Beast Man mold, covered in green moss-textured fuzz, with a pine-fragrance treatment in the plastic. The pine scent was Mattel’s positive-coded counterpart to Stinkor’s patchouli stench, sold as a feature of the figure’s “natural” theme.
