Orko's uncle, a Trollan wizard whose magic is considerably more reliable than his nephew's.
Montork is Orko’s favourite uncle and a genuinely capable Trollan wizard, which makes him a useful foil: his magic works, and Orko’s frequently does not. He speaks in a folksy manner with a faint Southern accent and has a strong sense of both justice and family loyalty.
In Orko’s Favorite Uncle he is pulled to Eternia by the villain Tauron and placed under a mind-control spell, turned against his own nephew until Orko breaks the enchantment. He returns in The Return of Orko’s Uncle, enlisting He-Man and Teela to help capture the criminals Azrog and Spydra, and appears again in Trouble in Trolla, which concerns a scheme against Trolla’s magic council.
He later appears in the She-Ra episode The Greatest Magic. He keeps a pet named Gark.
