Pop Culture Shock followed the He-Man 1/4 scale piece with a matching Skeletor in 2014. Same scale, same edition size, same LED-integration approach, but with a completely different base design that pushed the line further into diorama territory.

The Skeletor piece stands roughly 53 cm to the top of the Havoc Staff. Pose: seated on a sculpted resin throne carved with the Castle Grayskull jaw motif, leaning forward with Havoc Staff in the right hand and the half-sword resting across the lap. The seated pose was a deliberate departure from the standard Skeletor full-stance villain pose that almost every other studio uses; PCS aimed at a regent-on-the-throne dramatic moment rather than a battle stance.

The sculpt is heavy on character. The skull face is sculpted at near-anatomical accuracy, with visible cranial sutures, an articulated jaw that sits slightly open in a perpetual snarl, and recessed eye sockets that the paint team filled with a deep red gloss for a glow effect under display lighting. The hood drops in heavy folds onto the shoulders. The cape is a separately cast piece that locks into a slot at the back of the throne. Two portraits ship: a standard skull and an open-jaw “evil laugh” variant with the teeth bared.

LED integration here is on the Havoc Staff only; the throne is unlit. The staff glows green-yellow on a battery pack inside the base. The effect is muted compared with the He-Man sword glow, which collectors have complained about but PCS justified as an aesthetic choice to keep the figure as the focus rather than the prop.

Edition size of 500 worldwide. MSRP at launch was $949.99 through Sideshow Collectibles and Pop Culture Shock direct. The piece sold through in roughly six months.

Secondary market sales are slightly higher than the He-Man piece because of the more dramatic base. In-box examples with both portraits and working LED have closed between $2,000 and $2,800 over the past three years. A handful of factory-defect examples (paint blemishes on the cape or hood) have moved at a discount. The pair-set with the matching He-Man is the trophy display and prices for the matched pair can run past $4,500 when both pieces meet collector-grade condition.
