Kobra Khan is the cobra-themed Snake Man warrior. The 1984 Mattel figure included a hand-pump mechanism that allowed the figure to spray actual water from his hood, marketed as the character’s “knockout mist” weapon. Originally introduced as a member of Skeletor’s Evil Warriors but later retconned in the 200x continuity as part of King Hsss’s Snake Men faction.
