Mark Texeira Masters of the Universe Promotional Mini-Comic Cover Original Art (Mattel, 1983). In "The Ordeal of Man-E-Faces!", Skeletor enchants Man-E-Faces and forces him to kidnap Teela. He-Man and the Goddess show up to right all of Skeletor's wrongs, including turning Man-E-Faces back to normal. One of the more convoluted tie-ins to an action figure lines, these mini-comics were given away with the action figures and have become somewhat collectible themselves. This cover is from one of those mini-comics, produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 8" x 10.5". Production tape in margins. Slight toning. In Excellent condition.
