About this release
Blast-Attak is a fictional character from the popular toy line Masters of the Universe by Mattel. Blast-Attak was introduced into the Masters of the Universe toy line in 1987. His action figure, which was made of two separate halves, could be ‘blasted apart’ via a cord snapped into his back. A member of the Evil Warriors and later the Snake Men, Blast-Attak is an android built as a walking time bomb. After a certain pre-set period of time, he will explode and cause immense damage to his surroundings, before reforming automatically.
Released by Mattel in 1986 as part of the original Masters of the Universe vintage line (Series 5). Five-and-a-half-inch sculpt, five-point articulation, rubber-banded torso, line-standard action feature. Out of production since the line ended in 1988; live secondary-market pricing via the eBay link above.
