Mondo used its own Toy Talk podcast this week to name where its next 200x figure lands: the 1/12 scale Disco Skeletor will debut at Power-Con’s MOTUFest, the unofficial He-Man and She-Ra fan convention running September 12 and 13 in the Greater Cincinnati area. In the same segment Mondo said that Ice Power He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor, the two armored 200x variants it showed at San Diego Comic-Con in July, will go up for online sale during the convention weekend.
That is the part worth putting in a calendar. Disco Skeletor debuting at a show is a reveal, and it is a repaint of a sculpt Mondo has already tooled. Ice Power He-Man and Fire Armor Skeletor going online during MOTUFest weekend is a purchase window, and Mondo has not published a price, an exact on-sale time or a product page for either one yet. If you want them, September 12 is the date to watch rather than a link to bookmark.
Mondo has not released product photography of Disco Skeletor either. What exists so far is the Toy Talk stream itself, where senior creative director Hector held the painted prototype up on camera: the green and orange split face under the hood, a purple torso, and the gold starburst chest armor radiating out from the central gem, with tall gold boots and the familiar ram-horned Havoc Staff. It is a straight repaint in the best sense, one of those 200x deep cuts that only makes sense as a convention piece.
Fire Armor Skeletor is the louder of the two on sale that weekend. Mondo’s SDCC case showed layered crimson and purple armor over sculpted flame motifs, translucent orange flame pieces rising off the crown and shoulder guards, and a dragon-headed staff wreathed in the same translucent material. Ice Power He-Man answers it with a frosted hexagonal chest medallion carrying a recessed snowflake, jagged translucent ice shards erupting from the shield and helmet, and a heavy grey fur cape.
Both of those sit on the same 1/12 scale 200x bodies Mondo has been building this line from, and the base figures are a fair guide to demand. At BigBadToyStore the 200x Skeletor 1/12 is listed at $107.99 and the 200x He-Man at $104.99, and as of today both read PRE-ORDER SOLD OUT with a waitlist rather than an add-to-cart button. That is the honest reason this post carries no buy link for the MOTUFest pair: there is nothing listed to link to.
For context on where the line has got to, Mondo spent the summer filling it out. Its SDCC 2026 panel delivered 1/6 scale Stratos and Sorceress plus a Deluxe Skeletor 2.0 with swappable armor, and announced Trap Jaw for the 1/12 line. Before that came the flocked Panthor and the 200x Keldor, which arrived at $115 with an October 2026 ship window. Disco Skeletor slots into that same 1/12 tier.
One practical note. MOTUFest is run by Power-Con, which returns as its own show in 2027. We are deliberately not linking the convention’s website here: as of today it is serving injected spam links in its page footer, so the safest route to tickets is through the organiser’s own social accounts or a ticketing page you reach directly.
