Dark Horse Comics has announced Masters of the Universe: Revolution (Library Edition), a deluxe hardcover that gathers several recent Mattel-licensed He-Man stories into one volume. The collection lands November 3, 2026, runs 384 pages, and carries a 59.99 dollar cover price, per SuperHeroHype, which cites CBR’s report on the release.
The book leads with Masters of the Universe: Forge of Destiny, billed in the official synopsis as the unseen adventures of Prince Adam’s first year as He-Man. It also folds in Masters of the Universe: Revelation, which pits He-Man against Skeletor and Evil Lyn, the Skeletor and Hordak team-up arc from Masters of the Universe: Revolution, and the Andra story, in which Andra digs into her past and her technical skill to defend Eternia.
The credits pull from across the recent comic line. Writers include Kevin Smith, Tim Sheridan, Tiffany Smith, Robert David, Ted Biaselli, and Tim Seeley, with art by Mindy Lee, Daniel HDR, Adriana Melo, Eddie Nunez, and Keith Champagne, and colors by Brad Simpson and Rico Renzi.
The timing is the notable part. The hardcover surfaces as the 2026 Travis Knight film winds down a theatrical run that has stalled near 109 million dollars worldwide against a reported 170 to 200 million dollar budget, a sign that the publishing side of the franchise is pressing ahead regardless of the box office.
