Advance tickets for the live-action Masters of the Universe are now on sale across major chains, including Regal, AMC and Cinemark, plus the Fandango and Atom Tickets platforms. Theaters have also opened early access screenings for Wednesday, June 3 at 7pm, two days ahead of the film’s June 5 wide release in the United States from Amazon MGM Studios.
The presale push arrives just over a week out from opening, with exhibitors and the studio leaning into premium-format and promotional bookings. Fandango is selling a Power Pint Bundle that pairs a Dolby Cinema ticket with collectible pint glasses, one of several tie-in offers attached to the launch.
The early figures around the release remain modest for a project of this size. Deadline has the film tracking toward a $35 million or higher domestic opening against a reported production budget north of $170 million, with the same weekend’s Scary Movie reboot drawing higher early interest in tracking. The film is rated PG-13 and is directed by Travis Knight, with Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam / He-Man.
