The Talon Fighter is a Heroic Warriors flying vehicle styled as a bird of prey. The 1983 Mattel “Point Dread and the Talon Fighter” playset shipped with the Talon Fighter and a separate stone-perch landing platform called Point Dread, along with an audio storybook record on flexi-disc that narrated a story about both. The playset is one of the few vintage MOTU items that bundled a vehicle with a location in a single box.
