He-Man and the Masters of the Universe "The Bargain with Evil" He-Man and Bowena Production Cel and "The Return of Orko's Uncle" Orko Production Cel (Filmation, 1983/1984). "Now just a minute, young woman. I know you're upset, but-" "Guards!" Included in this lot are two spectacular 12 field production cels from the popular series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Orko is from episode 23 "The Return of Orko's Uncle" while the He-Man and Bowena cel was made for the 125th episode "The Bargain with Evil". The episodes premiered on 10/14/1983 and 12/1/1984 respectively and followed Orko and He-Man as they tried to rescue Orko's uncle and He-Man and Bowena as they fought to rescue the powerful Starchild from Lady Arvela. You can find Orko at about 17:23 in his episode as he fights the mind control of a pair of powerful wizards. Bowena's appearance in this lot is particularly exciting because "The Bargain with Evil" was the only episode of the series she was in! You can find her and He-Man if you pause at about 9:15 (Bowena) when He-Man stops her from barging into the castle and threatening the man at the door, though it quickly becomes a useless effort as the servant calls the guards. The Orko cel is one layer while the He-Man and Bowena cel is 4-layer. The characters measure roughly 8.5'' x 8.5'' and 9.25'' x 7.25'' and both have a He-Man and the Masters of the Universe sticker attached. Both cels have been attached to a print 24'' x 12.5'' pan-size background for presentation purposes and are taped at the top and bottom edge. They are also accompanied by not one but two Filmation COAs.
