Cosmic Key - "Static" example

Masters of the Universe (Cannon, 1987), Static Cosmic Key. Original cosmic key static prop constructed of plastic, rubber, foam and metal components and wired for lighting effects. Cylindrical in shape with "technology" throughout, resin tuning forks encircling it and gold-painted rubber fobs studding the lower half with a toggle switch at the bottom of the base. Measuring approx. 19.5" tall. Top and bottom sides have plastic clips. In the Masters of the Universe film, the Cosmic Key, created by Gwildor (Billy Barty), is a device that opens a portal in space and time and transports He-Man (Dolph Lundgren) and other Eternians to Earth. Exhibiting age and production wear with 3-forks and some greeblies no longer present. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
